    Frequently Asked Questions

     Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Retromania ships orders to many countries.

The available delivery methods and rates are automatically displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

     What is the shipping time?

We prepare orders as quickly as possible and guarantee shipment of the parcel within 48 business hours (barring cases of force majeure).

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive information to track its progress.

Delivery times may then vary depending on the carrier, the destination country, and the time of year.

Are there any customs duties for orders outside the European Union?

Yes, that is possible. If you are located outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (local VAT, for example), or customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your country's authorities and are not included in the price of our products or the shipping fees. They remain entirely your responsibility: we cannot cover them or estimate them in advance. We advise you to check with your customs office before ordering.

     Are the products sold tested?

Yes. Used games, consoles, and accessories are checked before they are put up for sale where applicable.

The condition of each item is indicated on its product page, and any significant defects are specified in the description or visible in the photos.

Do the photos actually correspond to the product being sold?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, each product is photographed individually from different angles so that you can best judge its condition. We recommend that you consult all the photos and the description before making any purchase. Please note that the condition of a pre-owned item is given as a guide and remains a subjective assessment.

Minor signs of wear not visible in the photos (micro-scratches, slight marks, etc.) may be present and do not, in themselves, constitute grounds for non-conformity. This does not affect your legal rights: in the event of a functional defect or a product that does not match its description, we will find a solution together.

What does the status indicated on a product mean?

The condition takes into account several elements: aesthetic state, functionality, presence of the box, manual, and any accessories.

A pre-owned product may show normal signs of use related to its age.

Important information regarding the condition is indicated directly on the product page.

     Are the consoles under warranty?

Yes. Consoles sold by Retromania come with a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise or subject to exclusions specified in our terms of sale.

This warranty covers functional defects that do not result from misuse, impact, modification, or damage caused after purchase.

Can retro games and consoles show signs of wear?

Yes. Some products that we offer are sometimes several decades old.

Slight scratches, marks, yellowing, or other signs of age may therefore be present.

We do our utmost to accurately describe the condition of each item so that you know exactly what you are buying.
