How to do it?

Step 1 - Send us a precise description of what you wish to sell using our contact form above or by sending us an email to info@retromania-shop.com .

Be as specific as possible and provide us with a complete list of what you want to sell. For each item, indicate the condition and whether or not it has the box and instructions. Also attach detailed photos of the items.

After receiving your message, we will analyze your lot and provide you with the most attractive trade-in offer possible.

Step 2 - Submit your games.

In a well-protected package, send us all your games with tracking by Bpost or Mondial Relay (shipping costs are your responsibility). Also send us your banking information by email (account number or Paypal account) so that we can process the payment when the time comes.

Alternatively, if you are within a 50 km radius of Mons (Belgium), we can come to your home to carry out the trade-in if the buy-back value is greater than €50.

Step 3 - Receive the money

After verifying the lot, we will transfer the agreed price to your bank account or PayPal account. If the lot is collected in person, payment can be made in cash.

Trade-in prices depend on the condition, rarity, and current inventory of the items being offered. For example, an incomplete game, a game in poor condition, or a non-functional console will have a lower trade-in price than a game or console in perfect condition.
