How to do it?

Step 1 - Send us a precise description of what you want to sell using our contact form above or by sending us an email at info@retromania-shop.com.

Be as precise as possible and provide us with a complete list of what you want to sell. For each item, indicate its condition and whether or not the box and manuals are present. Also, attach clear photos of the items.

After receiving your message, we will analyze your lot and provide you with the most attractive possible buy-back offer.

 

Step 2 - Send your games.

In a well-protected package, send us all your games with tracking via Bpost or Mondial Relay (shipping costs are at your expense). Also, send us your bank details (account number or PayPal account) by email so that we can process the payment when the time comes.

Another option, if you are within a 50 km radius of Mons (Belgium), we can travel to your location to collect the items if the buy-back value is over €500.

 

Step 3 - Receive the money

After checking the lot, we will transfer the agreed price to your bank account or PayPal account. If the lot is collected in person, payment can be made in cash.

Buy-back prices depend on the state of preservation, rarity, and our current stock of the items offered. For example, an incomplete game, in poor condition, or a non-functional console will have its buy-back price reduced compared to a game or console in perfect condition. 

Important: We do not buy back counterfeit or copied games.
